Natural healing in all ways tickles my fancy and I'm always ready to be of service. I love the world and culture and getting to know it all personally. Sustainability and self reliance are very important for me as well as building community and global community towards those ideals. To this end I strongly advocate for people to know self defense particularly women and children. I'm a lover, not a fighter... but I will protect us if necessary.

CS offers a great way to meet really interesting people and help build a Global Community.

My couchsurfing experience has been super positive! In Europe I've stayed in London, Edinburgh, Malaga, Cordoba, Granada & almost made it to Morocco. In China, Hangzhou, Lizhong, Yangshuo, Guilin, Huang Shan, Beijing, Huairou.

I apologize for my lack of references but spend more time surfing in temples and sacred sites or with friends who aren't on this site.

I love to share music and have traveled with my Sitar to China and to Europe. I love to practice and share Meditation, Creative, Healing and Martial Arts and Yoga. I love to learn about art, culture and creativity.

I'm particularly interested in learning and practicing speaking Chinese.

Easiest to share is my compassion, kindness and open heart.

Yoga, Martial Arts, Visual Art and Music with great passion and success and am happy to share what's appropriate. I am also very fond of eating and preparing delicious food with healthy ingredients.

My current focus is upon Chinese Medicine and a Martial Art, Yin style Baguazhang, which is based on yin, yang and the Book of Change. I will be enthusiastic to share the meditative, healing and martial efficacy and beauty of Yin style as I see it. This is an art that encompasses self defense as well as self healing and healing of others and thereby the world.
