Hi everybody!

I'm a sports junkie (rugby and MMA in particular) who loves the outdoors, is always up for a new adventure and loves to spread her social butterfly wings all around the globe.

I am a semi-retired lawyer (I still do some legal work part time) and now work full time in sports performance. As a strength and conditioning coach I work primarily with roller derby skaters, hockey players, MMA fighters and surfers.

My kids include two formerly stray kitties and two rescued pit bulls, Hamish the Destructor and Maggie Mae who are the true loves of my life.

I believe that a fulfilled life can be measured by the experiences we have and the memories we've made. I want to do all the things, meet all the people and participate in all of the adventures that I can while I'm here!

Although my profile has been up on the site for a long time I pretty much forgot about it until recently, but I have met some amazing people since I remembered CS existed. I'm excited that my new schedule will allow more travel and hope I'll be able to get to meet a bunch of you fine people. :)

When I'm not coaching, I spend a large part of my time in the gym trying to keep my own bits in good working order. I also try to fit in as many fun outdoor pursuits as I can, including ocean kayaking, scuba diving, surfing, and kiteboarding (I'm truly awful at it but love it nonetheless.) I'm also a rabid rugby fan, and try to go to as many tournaments and big events as a I can every year.

I love wine and good craft beer, almost always have music playing regardless of what I'm doing (its the soundtrack to my life :) ), go a little bit crazy when cheering for my favorite sports team (the New Zealand All Blacks) and think that the whole world would be a better place if everyone had a dog at their side.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

My musical tastes are really diverse and eclectic, but if I had to pick a favorite genre I'd have to go with Celtic Punk. Indy, folk, electronica, rock, some hip hop, pop and classical round out the majority of my playlist collections.

Because of my hectic schedule I don't get to read as much as I'd like to, but when I do I'm a sucker for scifi/fantasy fiction and political satire non-fiction.

I've watched a bachelor group of male lions kill and eat a cape buffalo from about 30 yards away while on the Masai Mara in Kenya.

I'm a pretty good dancer and can teach both foxtrot and twerk ;) . I love to learn new stuff and would be thrilled to have someone who is really good at kiteboarding show me how to get better... and, at the end of the day, I really like to share stories about where people come from and what makes us who we are.
