About Me

I'm the the founder of 1 Take Wonders, a video production company specializing in promotional pieces, online courses, & case studies for businesses and entrepreneurs.

ABOUT ME

A bit of a travel junkie, very low maintenance, a decent cook, loves to eat, loves to laugh, loves to play, move and interact with compassion, through mediums like acroyoga, acrobatics and martial arts.

PHILOSOPHY

“Live life fully while you're here. Experience everything. Take care of yourself and your friends. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and screw up! You're going to anyway, so you might as well enjoy the process. Take the opportunity to learn from your mistakes: find the cause of your problem and eliminate it. Don't try to be perfect; just be an excellent example of being human."
- Tony Robbins

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After living in Ecuador for 3 years, I traveled across South America for 6 months in 2010, taking busses for 24hours at a time, from the north of Colombia to the south of Argentina. Best. Idea. Ever. And every time I got off a bus, I was so happy to find a friend in town.
