ABOUT ME
I love to experience different things... food, culture, people..... We are very spontanious and adventurous. I always talk to strangers and they might think I am strange.... I love to cook, play sports, watch sports, play pool, ride my motorcycle, camp in my VW bus, people watch, paint, dance, honestly....I can go on and on....... I should talk about what I don't like..that list is short...

Dylan is my awesome sidekick. He has an old soul about him. He’s 6 years old, and is traveling the world with me.

PHILOSOPHY

As Ghandi said... "be the change you wish to see in the world".. obviously the world will never be at peace so I will try and live it peacefully!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So much to say... I have had some great experiences and thank you to those who have helped me through my crazy journies!!!! Things do happen that don't go your way and I am definitely living proof of that... Good thing I encounter "Good People" thru my journey and I will always remember them... shot out to Laura in France, Javi in Spain and Andrea in Italy!!!!! I have hosted and can't wait to hear about their future adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a teacher, so I have the joyous opportunity to take 2 months to travel. I always meet great people on my path to somewhere. Last year I actually traveled with my friend Robin to England. We stayed at Hostels. I just introduced her to that. Next will be CS. One step at a time.
Traveling through Europe was the best. Great people and great CS!! I plan to go to less visited areas....like Greenland, Iceland, I wish Antartica, Maybe back to Japan.....it is really endless.

When I traveled to China, Morocco, Australia, Guam....all the places that I listed on "Traveled to," I didn't know about CS. I am glad to see like minded people!!!

I have enjoyed my CS guest. It's great to show them my favorite places. My place is almost finished and would love to offer a more comfortable environment. Jacuzzi tub installed, heated towel rack a bonus. Finally, a kitchen....but I will still use the grill outside.

Love them all....... Saying something negative would just be insulting the artist..and I can't do that.. Plus it just increases your knowledge, so that's not a bad thing either....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have to say seeing the Milky Way in Australia was amazing. Until you see it, you just won't understand. I travel every summer and everything about traveling is just amazing.... the Great Wall, Grand Buddha, pryamids, Sahara Desert, temples, clay homes, Eiffel tower, I can go on and on.... Just go out and do something different......be respectful, positive and always have an open mind!!!! I have driven from Florida to Alaska in winter without scow tires. Oh the stories to tell.
