It's not a thing i value the most, it's again the feeling. And it is an act of giving. Giving everything you have even if you don't have anything for whose who are in need. Giving your life, food, money, knowledge unconditionally. In my mind it's the highest criteria of everyone who is alive in this earth and has an opportunity to choose to give.
