i still want to 'grow up' to become an inventor, a private investigator, a relationship counselor/mediator, an artist, a writer, a composer/singer/piano player, an endurance swimmer, a fashion designer, a colonist on Mars, an activities director for elder citizens, a before-/after-school care facilitator for young children, an intuitive healer, a psychic, a handwriting analyst, a hair stylist, a philosopher, a crisis mediator, an advocate for children.,.all i can think of at the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: all except horror and hyperviolent; melissa likes caring about the characters, understanding their motivations, and seeing all sub-plots tied up logically. chuck likes movies "where something blows up", and comedies. nix the dramas and things where there is too much talking. we BOTH love to be surprised by plot twists and unexpected turns.

Teach, Learn, Share

melissa: 20+ years experience teaching students with exceptional needs, with specializations in ADHD and mild autism. i adore playing games, particularly cards, and think i can explain directions to same fairly clearly. i have an apptitude in helping children and adults with deescalation and mediation.
i have intuitive healing and psychic awareness.

chuck:...is a natural teacher. he has the ability to explain things understandably. hmmm...but teaching, learning, sharing??? anything about music!!!
