ABOUT ME
Hello you beautiful people!! You look fantastic today!
Welcome to my profile!
Let me quickly tell you what I'm offering before you run off!
So, currently living in the beautiful and historic city of Salisbury. Its really is a great place to be. I live with my flat mate Toby and I offer a sofa bed in our flat, right in the city center itself!
Me and Toby are very friendly English chaps, and we don't bite what so ever. We'll gladly show you round and spend what time we have with you to make your experience as amazing and comfortable as possible. You should get a proper slice of English life and culture form us, and that's what its all about ey?!
There's loads to do here, drinking and eating options are all over the place. The city steeped in history and is surrounded by gorgeous country side and of course, good old Stone Henge! It's great for on wards travel to other cities and the coast. Also great links to that place everyone seems to go too... London.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have traveled some of the most amazing places, and they have been made even more amazing from being able to live off of the locals sofas!
I now look to return the favor to open up my sofa to stay on!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfing has given me a much richer experience from travelling. I found that being part of the local peoples world were truly the best way to experience the place you are in. I think hostels have their place and are great, but I love the couch surfing scene!
Couchsurfers seem to be pretty good people in my experience!
Interests
I like good music... Alot.
I like food... Alot.
I like exercise and sport... Alot.
I am pretty easily impressed by things that most people aren't and would probably just ignore... I like quirky unusual things, generic, default boring things don't really rock my world.
I struggle to be without music for any large amounts of time, I can listen to almost anything but I love love love the blues and what I guess you'd call "rock bands" these days, which is good as we tend to produce good bands in the UK. I play Guitar, Ukelele and harmonica when I have time. I find music one of the best and creative ways of out letting emotion and telling stories through it, which is why I love it so much.
Sport I love, Just being active is enough. I was obsessed by the Olympics that just passed in our country which I was lucky enough to go up and see in London. It was amazing. I'm into a fitness movement called crossfit, which more than keeps me going and alongside that I like to do Krav Maga. Sport brings people together and gets them talking so it wins my vote on that alone.
Food is brilliant, the cooking and eating of it. Its always a toss up between a good roast dinner or a BBQ as to which wins the best meal though.
On top of that I love my job which I'll explain if I get to meet you. But it's a life changing career which has put me in more dangerous, stressful, joyful, rewarding, frustrating, social and inclusive situations than I could ever had imagined... But I love it and it's given me so much life experience and stories to talk about, I now can't think of anything I'd rather do.
Thats most of the things that take up my time, but I also love, comedy (another great UK export, photography, film, dancing, being creative and generally just having fun with my life.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies, all time favourite is Godfather part I, Darjeeling limited,Lord of the Rings trillogy, Pans laberynth, Four Lions, Eagle vs Shark, Mary and Max, Casino Royal. I could go on but basically I like beautiful, quirky films and films that just take their time to achieve what they want. I don't mind default cinema but it doesn't make an impression on me.
Music is even more open, anything that actually evokes the emotions that the song is about.
I love oasis, johnny Cash, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Muse, Led zep... I love the blues and "Indie rock", I also like a bit of electro and dubstep every now and again.
I read when I can but books that have really stood out to me are Into the wild, The Coma and The beach.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Whilst in Indonesia in a small fishing village I made friends with a local fisherman who, dragged me out of bed at 5am, took me out on his shack of a boat into the sea in darkness, darting around the waters surface we were reeling in fish, the sun came up and burst colour and life into the sea and the mountainous, volcanic coast we were facing. It was so unbelievably beautiful it can't be described, and then to top it off a school of dolphins began to put on a acrobatics show for us. When we got in his family cooked up the fish and we ate it together. Just incredible.
I had just arrived in San Fransico following a bad couple of days of it where I had come from. Whilst out and about in San Fran I bumped into a couple of locals who I got chatting to and were heading to a street festival, they welcomed me into their group and took me to the festival, got me food, drink introduced me to their friends, went back to their place and jammed for hours up on their rooftop overlooking the city.
I was overwhelmed by how welcoming this group was and I really needed it! It probably doesn't sound the most amazing of experience but it meant a lot to me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to be able to share is showing and explaining how my culture and life works back home.
Showing others how we cook over here and what we eat, showing music and comedy from England, telling them about how we live and what is great about here. Explaining what the UK is about.
I play guitar, Ukelele and harmonica which I would always be willing to show as well as introducing people to any of our sports over in England.
Also would also be up for doing/showing some crossfit or Krav :D
