I'm a 26-year-old program director at a summer camp, and I absolutely love what I do. Being surrounded by the beauty of nature and creating amazing experiences for young campers brings me joy. I'm on Couchsurfing to connect with locals from the area and experience their culture from the most authentic perspective. I believe that immersing myself in the local community and learning from their traditions and way of life is the best way to truly understand a place and create meaningful memories and friendships.

Interests

I like whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, and mountain biking. Traveling is my way of exploring the world at a leisurely pace, and I've fallen in love with South East Asia, India, and Nepal, with Myanmar holding a special place in my heart for its incredible people.

When it comes to music, I'm captivated by the soulful melodies of Mumford and Sons, the introspective tunes of Tow'r's, The Ballroom Thieves, and the Avett Brothers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most exhilarating adventures I've had was climbing Pico de Orizaba in Mexico. The rugged terrain, towering glaciers, and breathtaking views made every step worth it. Standing at the summit of Mexico's highest volcano, I felt an incredible sense of accomplishment and a deep connection with the raw beauty of nature.

I can teach others about my expertise in outdoor sports such as whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, and mountain biking. I'm also knowledgeable about working at a summer camp and can share insights and tips in that area.
