I’m a Maryland native from the states, but I’ve been traveling and living outside the country for the last three years. For most of the first two years I lived in Sint Maarten in the Caribbean and currently I’m finishing up 6 months in Medellín, Colombia. I’ll likely keep exploring south and central America for the foreseeable future as I’m learning and practicing Spanish. I’m very health conscious, enjoy an active lifestyle, and love meeting new people.

If you'd asked me ten years ago what I'd be doing with my free time I would have never thought AcroYoga. I feel that learning AcroYoga was one of the most amazing things I've done with my life. It allows you to connect on such a deep level with others in ways I never thought possible.

Teach, Learn, Share

Health and Detox - Although I don't have any formal training, for the last 15 years my passion has been learning about the human body, health, and nutrition. Most recently I've invested the last two years of my life becoming very knowledgable in detoxification. In the process I've lost 40lbs, gotten off all prescription medications, and healed every single health problem I previously had. Happy to share my experience and offer advice and insights to help you achieve better health.

What I Can Share with Hosts

AcroYoga - A partner activity which combines yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. I started practicing in March of 2018, have done an 8 day immersion along with a few other workshops and 3 classes a week consistently for 5 months. I have enough experience to teach an absolute beginner, no experience needed. Trust me when I say it's probably the most fun you'll ever have!
