Overview
About Me
FYI we host in ft lauderdale area, which is about an hour from Miami by car. Want to put this here because some people believe we are located close to Miami. New here as of july 2024! Married couple with pets, hosting all genders. I see some people are hosting nudist, clothing optional, etc... no judgment, but that is not anything we're offering or interested in, this is strictly platonic. Please mention my dog's name so I know you've read my profile. I hosted back in '10-'12 and enjoyed the friends i made back then. We both enjoy travelingand meeting new people so much, i would say its half our personality. although we do not use couchsurfing to crash at other's places these days, i want to contribute to traveling spirits that need a place to crash and are looking for community while they travel. Both very friendly guys that are open to hosting people on a short term basis (2-3 days max). We dont expect someone to be our friend, you can decide how private or friendly you want to be! Our home is less than a 15 minute walk to restaurants and night life. With that being said, we will not offer our keys to anyone, so if you plan on partying until 3 am then I ask you find someone else. We stay up late and sometimes go party ourselves, but I expect to lock my doors when it's time for bed.
Husband is a software engineer and i am currently staying at home after leaving my employer (after 12 years) and moving to florida. Good vibes only! We are a gay couple, but I assure you we are chill guys that are looking for nothing more then to host cool people. My dog's name is Alaska. I speak English, and husband speaks English, Spanish and intermediate japanese. LGBTQIA friendly.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To host cool travelers from around the world!
Interests
We travel as often as we can. Husband works from home and i do not work, so we try to travel as often as possible. Both of us go to the gym regularly. We both enjoy classic nerd-y activities such as video games and anime, although I'm more of a FPS gamer and husband is more into RPGs. When we travel we are all about exploring the city by foot or hiking if that's an option and partying it up at night!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Green sand beach in hawaii at the southern most tip of the USA, and pikes peak take the cake for some of the coolest spots I've seen. Also the beehive trail in Maine is a close 3rd.
