I’m a photographer so I spend my days connecting with strangers and telling their stories. I run my own business, and I'm a clean, organized, reliable, easy-to-get-along-with dude looking to couchsurf with folks who share the same values. I have two goofy cats, a social justice streak and a budding bad guitar-playing habit. I'm queer/trans affirming (I'm straight and many people dear to me are not, so I got not time for narrow minds), and a general people lover who can enjoy being social as much as having alone time. I've seen a lot of hard, happy and weird things and met a lot of interesting people in my journalism career, but I am proudest of the relationships I have with folks who have made themselves so vulnerable with my in my documentary work. Also, this one time I helped foil a larceny/robbery.
