I do not enjoy regular touring. I want to experience a place for what it really is, not just the tourist attractions it has. I enjoy meeting people who see the world from a different perspective than I do.

I don't spend much time watching movies but when I do it is either a documentary or some totally mindless action or comedy.
I love to read non-fiction adventure stories and biographies.
I enjoy all music especially if somebody who is passionate about it is there t experience it with me.

I have fallen in love with so many places and experiences it is hard to pick just one thing I consider amazing, but my most recent thing was a trip to Nome Alaska where I was able to mine gold from the bottom of the Bering sea. I was also lucky enough to be there during the salmon run so I spent quite a bit of time fly fishing those amazing streams and rivers!
