Hi there!

I'm just a friendly Canadian guy eager to see the world, make some local friends and save a couple bucks in the process! (insert any other Couchsurfing cliche here). I'm currently doin my PhD and work in jounralism. Unfortunately can't really host, but would be keen to meet up! My favourite thing to do in a new city is to "get lost" for a few hours, drink it all in, and hopefully be a little bit baffled by what's going on around me.

Tell me a good story, and dinner is on me. I can make it a tax write-off :P.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've done the hostel track on most of my previous trips, and would love to get more of a local perspective. I'd love to take your favourite stroll, visit the best market or learn your favourite recipe!
