Hey fellow CōuchŚurférś, Myself (Justin) and my Girlfriend (Heidi) have decided to pack in our jobs and go travelling for a year, we’ve planned this trip for almost 3 years and the time is pretty much here, we plan to explore as much as we can on land as we both love being active and trying new things, we hope to meet as many interesting people as we possibly can while on route around the world!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Main reason for being on Coushsurfers is because on our travels we want to see the day to day lives, cultures and traditions the world has to offer, and we believe the best way to get these experiences is by associating and meeting with the amazing people that actually live in their cities and towns. But as we won’t be working either, this will help on our budget that we will be stretching throughout the course of the 52 week round trip!

Interests

We bloody love a challenge! Anything, make it difficult, get us puzzled and we remain entertained, we believe everything should be earned and taking on new challenges is a great way to grow, we love being active and learning new things, hopefully Couchsurfing will teach us a great amount in itself.

Pretty much listen to anything music wise and we do tend to be Netflix junkies from now and then but mostly tend to YouTube what the world has to offer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing experiences Ive had and been involved in was Volunteering as a Police officer in England for 5 years.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We both want this trip to be the thrill of our lives, so while we’re travelling we will be trying to film and document as much as we can, push each other out of our comfort zones and grow with wisdoms from situations we would normally be afraid of like bungee jumping etc, these would be great stories we would like to share with everyone we meet and hopefully show how great our hosts are as part of a blog.
