About Me
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
My name is Justin Scott Silver. I am an appreciator of life. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have the ability to feel gratitude for even the smallest of blessings. I have come to the understanding that life passes us by very quickly, and it's up to each of us to make the most of it before it's gone.
I am 30 years old. I have spent the last five years working in corporate, for a dance-fitness company. Maybe you're familiar with "Zumba?"
I am a native English speaker. I also speak Spanish at an intermediate level. I am currently studying Japanese.
I moved to Japan in 2017 for a new opportunity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I actually joined years ago prior to my trip to Europe, but I was on a relatively short trip, and decided to utilize hostels as my means of travel and meeting people.
I'm eager to become an active part of the global community. I appreciate having the opportunity to meet new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been a super supportive brother. My brother is a new Dad to twins, and he's had some health problems. My brother and I have always been there for each other.
Something interesting that I've done: I danced on stage at the 2015 Zumba Instructor Convention in front of 6,000 people.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy cooking, I'll gladly make you a meal! I can introduce you to Zumba, if you aren't familiar, and I will gladly share as much knowledge as possible about my home town and country.
I am an open book! Ask me anything.
