Hi! My name is Justin, and I'm from Chicago. I've started traveling and meeting new people, and going abroad has been a really awesome experience that I'd like to continue doing more of. I am a strength and nutrition coach, and I work with athletes as a big portion of my job. I also regularly speak at conferences and seminars about nutrition and training topics. I am a (former) competitive powerlifter, and I love being outdoors and active!
