Overview
About Me
Im a founder of a community development non-profit called Community Express. It’s centered around alternative transportation and public art. I study cities, so I like to travel. My girlfriend is starting to travel with me as well. It’s richer to share experiences.
I enjoy subcultures and counter cultures. We enjoy our privileges so we often spend lots of time volunteering in our city.
We host AirBnB at our house for about three years so we are familiar with the interactions and manners of temporary living partners. We just started exploring CS though.
We try to avoid car situations as much as possible so we commute by bike and rollerskate! We use the car to pick up large items only.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I study cities, I prefer to explore the way a resident would explore. The touristy places are cool but rarely are they a sign of the cities lifestyle.

I've won a national prize from Artplace America for the Sunset Bridge Project. It’s a community development project to create a new park around a pedestrian bridge.
