About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live life to the fullest. To be free. To not be bound by other's expectations or reactions.
ABOUT ME
I am a lover of life! I love to travel, eat, and be outside. I love hosting people who are passing through and showing them the same kind of amazing hospitality that I have received abroad.
PHILOSOPHY
Love is at the base of everything I do. I believe that the more you open yourself to others, the more they will open to you. I try to see beauty in most things.
Myself and my couch do not discriminate. Come as you are.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I recently moved to Salt Lake City. My fiance and I live in a cool apartment close to Liberty Park. We are 30 minutes from the cottonwood canyons and 5 minutes from downtown!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I hosted a lot in Grand Rapids Michigan and never had a sour experience. I am eager to host in my new local and perhaps do some couchsurfing on the west coast soon!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, I recently packed up everything I own (after selling most of it), and moved to Salt Lake City with my fiance (now wife!) Teresa. That has been pretty amazing. Zion national park was awe-inspiring. Yellowstone national park blew my mind. Attending a Chelsea FC match in London was surreal as well. Kaikoura in New Zealand is probably the most beautiful place I've been. My favorite place in Michigan (and maybe the whole world) is the Nordhouse Dunes National Lakeshore. Life is full of beautiful moments. It is difficult to narrow it down to one!
