ABOUT ME

I am 23 years old and live in Brooklyn, New York. I work as a waiter and intern at a hospital, while considering career paths for the future. I studied Media and Anthropology in college at a small Liberal Arts / Art School in New York. I love new experiences and new places...will be traveling this fall for a few months beginning in the north of India, and then moving onto Southeast Asia via Bangkok to begin.

PHILOSOPHY

I live in New York (i.e. BIG CITY) and like to think of the way we live here as merely another version of the way animals live in the jungle. Passing our time in our own unique, quirky ways, always in transit (physically and emotionally). I'm not sure there's a "purpose" to life or a particular "reason" I'm here...I just know that, despite all the difficulties it presents us, I genuinely appreciate it for what it is.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love Murakami novels. Just read "We Need to Talk About Kevin" by (dont remember author) which I enjoyed. Enjoy David Sedaris for comic memoir. A favorite pastime is flipping through magazines. Music wise I listen to mostly American music, from every decade and genre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Iguazu Falls from the Argentine side, Haleakala National Park in Hawaii, USA were two beautiful sights.
