ABOUT ME

Where to start? We are a married couple who have become more and more interested in travel as we get older. We have had the good fortune of traveling to 3 different continents together and spending long trips in Kenya, India, and Tunisia. We love trying new foods, meeting new people, and getting off the beaten path to find the hidden "gems" in life.

When we are not traveling we enjoy cooking, hiking, Crossfit, spending time with friends and family, and finding new ways to relax. We love good espresso, beer, and wine. We have two dogs we try to keep from destroying everything we own.

We are interested in surfing and hosting. We are new to the community, but we are finding we value much of the same things that members of this community holds. We value sharing of ideas, customs, and values. We value learning new things and being open to listening to others ideas and stories,

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a good classic book. I like Dostoyevsky, Dickens, and Tolkien, as well as C.S. Lewis

For Movies I prefer the not sappy romantic kind. And I love everything Christopher Nolan has been a part of.

For music, folky rock like Mumford and Sons, to Coldplay, to Phoenix, to the Black Keys and everything in between.
