Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To feel excited by more than just a great window view, hot location, or the free tea and coffee that conventional accomodation has to offer. I want to arrive on the doorstep to someone who is expecting me. I want to know and do things how the locals do. I want to share skills and stories, and discover the goals and passions of other humans in habitation on this planet.

How I participate in Couchsurfing:

My goal is to be the best couchsurfer I can be. I see couchsurfing as a unique opportunity to connect with like minded people all over the world. The experience should be equally great for the guest and host.

This will be my first time Couchsurfing, however I've had many great experiences as an AirBNB guest and sofa crashing not organised through an app.

Food is a huge passion of mine. I like eating home-style, no fuss and simple food from many cultures. I also like to cook it for others. My love for food has also taken many twists and turns. I've opened a pop-up burger restaurant and a coffee shop in Melbourne and right now I'm working on a cold brew coffee bicycle cart.
