ABOUT ME

I'm an easygoing 22-year old fresh out of university. I absolutely love traveling and am currently taking a gap year between my PhD studies to travel the world. I'm currently spending two months roadtripping across New Zealand.

PHILOSOPHY

I think the moment we think we've seen it all is the moment we stop learning. I'm constantly trying to meet people from different backgrounds...I think it's the best way to broaden my horizons :)

Interessen

I enjoy photography a lot -- just documenting life and my travels. I picked up running a couple of years ago and have come to really love it -- I'm running my first half marathon in January 2015! Hiking is also a favorite of mine that I really started to enjoy after spending a summer in Switzerland

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

This summer, I spent a month driving across America with two friends visiting national parks. I was astounded at how beautiful the USA is and really learned to appreciate my homeland more -- I think many Americans, myself included, definitely take for granted how beautiful our country is

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach you about photography if you like, though I'm still just an amateur! Also moderately skilled with a violin, though I haven't played one for some time now.

I just recently bought an erhu (Chinese stringed-instrument) and would love to learn how to play it :D

I'm also a mathematician and engineer and can teach you some computer programming if you like...
