ABOUT ME

I settled in Preuilly sur Claise with my love Raphaël and our little dog Baia. I work in an organic farm and he is physiotherapist. We both enjoy spending time in nature, yoga and good food !

PHILOSOPHY

With Raphaël, we plaid for a simple way of life. In our bag we carry the minimum. We thing that the more we give, the more we receive. We have a deep conciousness toward environment and health care.

兴趣

We enjoy hiking in the mountains,
juggling with fire poi, learning about organic farming and alternative health care. We enjoy a lot reggae music and accoustic jam sessions.
Dance, dance and dance. We like to connect with people, to talk about everything.

I really enjoy World music with drums, cumbia, lots of rythms !
I think one of my latest favourite writer is Roy Lewis, with "The old man that didn't want to celebrate his birthday" i didn't know I can laught so much with a book.
For movies.. Let's say I m a good public with a none existent memory when it comes to remembering the actors names. But I like comedy and films that moves you.

Hitch Hike from France to Romania. Take a hot bath in a middle of a field in Serbia, in Stara Planina's mountains. Dance in a middle of a market in Togo during a dance battle. Sleep with friends under the starry sky of corsica. Do woofing and discover the permaculture principles. Participate to traditional dances with villagers of Yilou Burkina Faso. Live in an ecovillage in Netherland. Walk 60km in one night with Raphaël in the middle of France.
