Hi! I'm an American wanderer— I lived all over the world for 13 years before landing back in the US in 2023. Leaving the country where I grew up was the best decision of my life... experiencing other cultures and connecting with folks around the globe changed me forever.

I'm a journalist by trade, writing mostly about music and culture. Today, I work in the human rights field, telling stories of progressive activists making the world a better place. I'm a yogi, a biker, a beer and coffee lover, a weirdo, an adventurer, a talker and a listener.
