To see the true nature of the reality in which I live, as well as the spiritual path I am on, and continue steadily by acting accordingly with this awareness.

ABOUT ME

I am a mellow, fun seeking free spirit. Back home I was a bartender/bar manager at one of the premier restaurants in Philadelphia, sErving up delicits combinations of wine, beer, cheese, small platest and legendary experiences. Outside of work I love to be outside and roaming, the woods by foot, the waters by kayak, anything at all really. Open to new ideas, open minded to new awareness of others' perceptions. I practice yoga and meditation in my spare time [now certified to teach when i return home] and enjoy reclusing into my book library for days on end. Anything more, you must meet me to find out.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy... well I live to learn, to see, to feel, to love. Life is here, seize it. Don't waste a single moment. Every moment is here to help you learn how to live happier, act wiser, love stronger and be exactly who you want to be. Stagnation and laziness must be cast down. Action and passion embraced. And most of all, don't take anything too seriously, not even your flaws, because in the end, no BODY makes it out alive.

I have a sufficient understanding of the way my universe works and have broad opinions to the ethereal and energetic energies effect and interaction with our reality. I also can mix a mean cocktail, and enjoy a good pint of anything crafty. I study yoga/meditation and have great understandings of those and general philosophical and spiritual areas. I actively pursue a more whole awareness to dietary and bodily health, and conversational exchange of aforementioned topics.

I have been trained as a yoga teacher, am fairly well read on philosophy of yoga and mindfulness, I am adventurous and lucky, and have a contagious positive energy that I share with a light hearted, empathic nature.
