ABOUT ME

Just finished school, and a lot of people I trust here are picking up and moving to Los Angeles. I want to get some things started while I am in LA so that I can build the opportunity to return when needed.

I'm in that weird part of life where everything happens so much, so I'm going to try and embrace it and do as much as possible whenever I get the chance to travel.

PHILOSOPHY

Since things neither exist nor don't exist, are neither real nor unreal, are utterly beyond accepting or rejecting, one might as well burst out laughing." I'm always torn by immersing myself as deeply into this world as I can, and pulling myself far from it- It's been a sinusoidal venture like that for about a year now. I've got a soft heart that I'm trying to make strong, and I find no greater pleasure than a smile on someone's face. So live life, rock out, be free! You don't need a significant other to be in love, and you don't need a body to be alive!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My campers would wake up at 6am just to join me on morning meditation sessions. Do you know how hard it is to get a 14 year-old out of bed? After my meditation classes, I had young girls tell me that their lives had been changed forever, and that they think they finally understood the feelings they hadn't understood for years. These children would come to me in total confidence, asking for "talks not as camper/counselor but man-to-man" and the like.

I don't claim to be an expert at all; I didn't teach anything substantial, nor did I have much experience. But my confidence and undying optimism had an incredible effect on the lives of some hundred children, and I've never felt more accomplished.

I would love to work my Visual Effects work into some filmmakers' projects. I also teach ukulele!
