ABOUT ME

Hmm, let me see. I was born in Japan and lived here for all of my life, except for the 4-year stint in the USA for university. Growing up in Japan as a foreigner was really interesting (still is) and fun. Plus, I am half Filipino and Australian, giving me an ethnically ambiguous look, so most people I talk with often get confused when they try to figure out my nationality, race, or identity. I do love music, and for some crazy reason, I decided to do opera. Let's see how that goes.

I am an introvert but would not mind going out for a meal - or a drink, of course - with people I meet for the first time. I am open to new experiences as well. I like to surprise myself and be surprised by people; makes life more interesting and special.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not that I've done much of it, but I would like to visit places and see what the locals see and in turn, let people do the same wherever I will be living.
