About Me
Well I'd like to think I'm a down-to-earth, genuine, gay man with a ton of positive energy, a positive outlook on life and love of life and everyone in it :) I was never a raver, but I always lived by their motto - PLUR. Peace, Love, Unity and Respect
If you want to know more about me, keep reading on or shoot me a message. Connection and relationships are the reason we are all here on this Earth - I'd love to make more connections :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've never couch-surfed, but I have stayed in a hostel in Boston, MA and Nashville, TN and I have to say those stays were the most fun travel experiences of my life. It's great to get to travel and see a new city, but it's even greater to get to meet new and interesting people in the process.
That's what I loved about staying in the hostels and it's what I know I will love about couch surfing :)
Interests
All things tech, stand-up comedy, stage productions including plays and musicals, TV & Movies (Sci-Fi, Comedy, Action, Drama - really anything but horror - which I'll still watch if someone else wants me to). I also enjoy hiking from time to time... although at the moment I'm out of shape so no crazy hikes. :)
When visiting someplace new I love go out and just randomly explore. Walking tours where you get the learn the history of a place are fun to me :)

Music, Movies, and Books
This is such a long list! I'll give you up to two things for each category - if you want to know more you'll just have to ask :)
Books: Start With Why by Simon Sinek and Daemon by Daniel Suarez
Movies: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Divergent Series
TV: Anything Star Trek and The New Normal
Shows: Avenue Q and Once the Musical
Music: Anything that makes me want to dance in my drivers seat while driving :)
(I'm certain you can think of at least two things that fit in the category... so for this answer I pick those two :)
And although not asked... Food: Most foods south of the border (Mexican, Peruvian, Venezuelan, etc.) and Mediterranean
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well I wouldn't call this amazing... but I would put in the 'crazy' category
I traveled to Boston, MA for a few days for no other reason than just to win a bet :)
There's a story here if you want to know it :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not sure what to put here... so I'll just put a link to my favorite TED Talk - The Power of Vulnerability :)

What I Can Share with Hosts
Good energy, TV, Movies, Internet, in-apartment Washer and Dryer and rides to places further away than you can get on the train (just help out with gas) and a tour guide (if you'd like). Although I'd say the most important thing I can share is what you don't have to share - a batrhoom :) You'll have your own bathroom when you stay with me :) lol
