About Me

CURRENT MISSION

try every tapa Spain has to offer!

ABOUT ME

born to french father and american mother in france, moved to the u.s. when i was three.
grew up and went to school here in providence, rhode island (the smallest state :), then after college moved back to paris.

Moved back to the Us after that and *was* living in Boston studying law until I came back to this side to spend the semester/summer in Spain - I'm living the erasmus life in Madrid for now, just rolling around the city all over the place and trying to get to know Spain in my spare time

PHILOSOPHY

you gotta grab the bull by the horns!

Music, Movies, and Books

recently hurt locker movie about iraq war,
some luis bunuel movies and woody allen neurotica.
lots of classic movies and old italian movies with sofia loren and marcellooo

have you heard the yeah yeah yeahs? probably if not, you'll probably be happy to hear them. regina spektor,
generally, i think music from the us can't be topped; otis redding sitting on the dock of a bay, and marvin gaye, let's get it on... can you really top that?

Maybe you can, and I hope you'll show me ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

staring into the huge, impressive, and aptly named garganta del diablo/throat of the devil at iguaza falls on argentina/brazil border

climbing to the top of a sand dune in moroccan desert and just sitting there looking out onto nothingness and listening to the wind far away

Teach, Learn, Share

did you know it's ridiculously easy to make curry?

curry powder
coconut milk
some basil
xxxxxxxxxxx meat
some veggies, peppers, potatoes, whatever you like

I can also teach you how to speak english like a gangster; that is mafioso or modern day hip hop but we will have to do that in person
