ABOUT ME

They'd probably say I'm always laughing. I smile a lot and try to look on the bright side of any situation. I am creative and my imagination hasn't slowed down as i've gotten older. I get very energetic, but sometimes i'm calm, mellow and very laid back.

兴趣

I love food! It makes me happy, and making it better makes me even happier. I enjoy devising new and interesting recipes to work around my personal tastes, economic standing, and availible space to cook or create.
I like to spend time outdoors, and when I find something that catches my eye or intrigues me, I'll capture it in a photograph. Or write about it. My dream is to be a travel writer, journeying around the world while tasting international food and meeting all kinds of new people.
I have a fascination with language, which has inspired me to learn as many languages as I can. I already speak a decent amount of Spanish, and a little bit of Russian.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Last year, my mother and I travelled to Nicoya, in the Guanacaste Region of Costa Rica. Our plans were to stay at the Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Nosara, but they didn't have any rooms availible, so we stayed in a house down the road. I hadn't ever been to a Spanish-speaking country before, and I was humbled by it greatly--- Ticans tend to speak quickly. The views were incredible, with the retreat center high up on a hill where you could see both oceans. In the trees, howler monkeys climbed around and colorful birds flew from tree to tree. On one of the days, we signed up to go ziplining. It wasn't the rainy season so we didn't get any waterfall views, but it went quickly and we were incredibly high up. I have never had an experience like that one.
