i'm an avid learner and explorer. i love to listen to people's stories whether good or bad. i am fascinated by how people reach self-awareness and mindfulness and apply learnings they have to improve their lives -- and in effect, improve the lives of the people around them.

i’m very adventurous, but very introverted too. it's quite challenging for me to open up and talk a lot right away. Would prefer to listen more... but once i get comfortable with you, we can talk a lot about anything and can probably give some wise or interesting insights too ^_^

My friends say talking to me is therapeutic. i'm a good and nonjudgmental listener. i help them discover solutions to their problems by simply asking questions i'm curious about. We can talk a lot and don't see 3-4 hours has passed already. Maybe because i used to be a counsellor back in high school. The sad part though is i can help other people, but i tend to disregard my own personal problems. Now i'm going back to enhance this skill to help myself too by studying Psychology :)
