ABOUT ME

I'm an easygoing, quiet, calm, reflective type. I'm also very interested in going out and meeting people. I'm really interested in psychology, music (I play guitar and keyboard a bit), and sport (especially cricket).

I'm very keen on the philosophy behind couch surfing - community networking and collaboration - and very keen to get involved :)

I've been very involved with the queer and trans community for a long time in New Zealand. I'm passionate about helping others, especially those less fortunate than I.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short - live life to the fullest when you can. Respect others. Human rights are paramount. I'm slightly (but not very good at being) Buddhist.

Collaborative community empowerment is fantastic :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just starting out. I don't have a couch to spare at the moment as I have have a number flatmates who aren't keen for us to have any more people staying on a regular basis, but I am very keen to host people in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed on some amazing people's couches during a trip to San Francisco and Atlanta in 2011.

Mostly sci fi and fantasy are my favourite movies/books. Music - mostly rock - expecially indie and old school music. My favourite band is Bright Eyes.
