Overview
About Me
I started to travel when I was 17, make some big trips and stopped for long years. Staying in my hometown and doing my usual job, but still remembring the taste of the road, which you take and follow, and that fill you with sense, knowledge, friends and relationships. I hope I will do another big trip one day, if the ebola virus does not ruin the planet (it will not).
PHILOSOPHY
Be the change you want to see in the world.
- It`s a quote of Ghandi
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have the experience of hosting people throw CS, not so much to surf
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have a big experience in hosting people (and be guests) in my life. Defenetilly, the last 10 years it should and can be done only via web: CS, hospitalityclub. But I still remember the time, when we was sharing the contacts on a peer2peer offline basis!
Interests
Movies: something in the middle between the pop and art-house, not too much boring, but holywood blockbusters sucks.
Studying: I`m almost 30 and still a stuent, may be due to lack of concentration, but I think it`s also about the sweet taste of new knowledge.
Organising festivals: I was a part of the team, that was making up a small musical open-air. It was for friends, ut after 10 years of succesive events every year, we had around 35000 visitors. Now I am on the team that is making an animation open-air festival.
Music, lots of: electronic, reggae, trance, techno. Just listening, not playing.
Media and politics: I work in an NGO fighting against corruption (Transparency International) and as a journalist. I cannot live without news.
Ecology and communes: we found with friends an ecological community in Moscow, where we lived together for 2 years and half. Now it`s gone, but I`m still excited in alternative view how to live and on people, trying to save the planet (and do the best that I can)
Hiking and outdoor: that`s a pleasure, for which I became more and more passionate with the time going out. I even try to be sportif, sometime
Bikes: sometime, I think that it`s the meaning of life. But no, it`s a transportation mode, that even can be replaced by foot, metro, bus or even a car.
Politics: definitely a left-oriented guy, but I still believe in enterpreunership and that even capital can do some good. But not, I`m not wearing a Che Guevara Tshirt.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A night on the desert in Syria in 2006, where we was travelling with a friend. The starts, the wind and the locals that stop to take us without any signs of our part.
Teach, Learn, Share
I travel with my laptop and can share with you some music, films and animation. If you need to fix anything in your house, I will be happy to help you, if we plan time and materials for it.
