ABOUT ME

Hi. My name is Josh Williams. I’m a photographer. I’m a lover and a dreamer. I want to travel and see the world. I want to make a difference.

PHILOSOPHY

My goal is to travel the world and see all the beautiful/crazy/bright/dark/odd/normal things that God and Man have made. There is so much out there. I want to see and experience it all. I want to make you smile. I want to meet new people and develop relationships with them and learn why they do what they do. I want to push myself to new levels and grow through the process. I want to change the world. I want to make it a better place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On Nov 13th 2014 I bought a van. I spent a year converting it into an RV and now I'm traveling the country in it. Several years ago I thought about doing this but things never really worked out until now.

My plan is to travel across America on the hunt for Adventure. I have a life goal of seeing every US state. I have seen many but there are many left to see.

The van has 200 Watts of Renogy Solar panels on the roof powering my 210amp/hr battery setup. Which runs my 12v TruckFridge, water pump, heater fan, ceiling fan, laptop, and pretty much any household electronics. I have a sink with running water and a 30 gallon water tank with pressurized water. Shower, toilet, propane heater for those cold nights. Considering adding a rooftop A/C and generator. Hitch mounted motorcycle carrier for my Buell Blast. It has a 2ft x 6ft countertop for cooking those thanksgiving dinners. A twin size bed. The roof pops off and converts to a boat… ok not really, but it looks like it should be able to! Ha

But seriously, solar power is crazy awesome!!

Working all winter so I can travel this summer and do some hiking and stuff! :)
