ABOUT ME

I just graduated from college in Chicago, Il, USA, and am going back for MORE school now!
I took a year off of school a few years back, and moved to Switzerland to study Swiss drumming. I did a lot of couchsurfing over there, and want to pay it forward by hosting here! Unfortunately, my schedule isn't always generous :( but there's always a possibility!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe amazing opportunities arise when you're not confined within the walls of your "comfort zone".

What's the worst thing that could happen? Is it really that bad? If not, then go for it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Switzerland around 7 or so times (and once in the States)...made some GREAT friends, and had some fantastic times!

Interests

Fireworks, music, chemistry, hiking, skiing, foods, crazy activities (skydiving, bungee jumping, climbing, etc)

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't dislike any music. Most of what is in my library would be "classical" music though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would have to say skydiving is one of the most amazing things I have done, and the state of Hawaii is one of the most amazing places I have seen, which is tied with pretty much anywhere in Switzerland...especially Engelberg!

Teach, Learn, Share

As a percussionist/pianist, I could probably teach people a thing or two about those instruments, or just music in general.
Or maybe some things about fireworks?

I would be up for learning anything from another CouchSurfer! Especially local customs/traditions/etc. I want to learn everything there is to know about the places I visit/people who visit!
