About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To paint landscapes throughout the southern states.
ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Jennifer and I am a freelance grant-writer and artist who loves painting, reading, bird-watching, riding my bicycle and cooking.
I have lived in NYC for 5 years, I am an Atlanta native and I like going to beaches, gardens, parks. I am very private and don't do a lot of boisterous things (early to bed, early to rise and all that) but I love socializing as much as solitude and can be good company for pets, old people and children. People my age are generally bored to tears by my low-key lifestyle, but it works for me!
I love bright colors, seeing art and music and enjoying creativity in all forms. I float through life trying to learn and appreciate the beauty around us. That's pretty much it! :)
PHILOSOPHY
Trying to love and learn as much as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try to Courchsurf when I go new places, it's a great way to see a slice of "real life" that is always enriching.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've met a lot of interesting people through Couchsurfing. It's always fun to learn about what other people are doing (one guy was biking across the country) and it can inspire more adventures in your own life.
Interests
Beauty, happiness, love. I also like reading, enjoying nature. I have have done over 80 landscape paintings in the past year, so working on outside on my paintings has been my greatest interest in the past year.
