About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to feel infinite. to live. to have no regrets.

ABOUT ME

11/6/2014 it has been FOREVER... i got married recently which has kind of made hanging out with CSers quite difficult. Although at the moment i have SO MUCH TIME. i'm working part time so i'm not very busy...i also live near hongdae (a cool hangout place in seoul) so i'm always up for drinks or hanging out...let me know. i'll be leaving korea (waaaah....ive been here for 6 years) in october to move to san diego with my husband, but i'm free until that time comes ^_^

21/12/2012 the end of times haha-
hey guys...I can't host right now, but im well game for hanging out and showing you around. I've lived in Seoul for 4.5 years now and I know it pretty well...im also currently living in one of the most popular areas in seoul (hongdae) and im always free Nights to give u the grand tour and have a Few drinks. If u need any help with anything ever message me..no matter the time... :)

17/1/10-
I literally haven't been on this site in like four months. I'm REALLY sorry. I used to be so active and I've kind of dropped of the radar. At the moment my living situation (as well as working situation) is a little on the crap side. When my contract finishes in a month I'll open back up my couch. Scouts honor. For now, please feel free to message me or call me just to hang out. I'm a great tour guide!

22/9/08- I live in Seoul, South Korea now. So, if you're asking for a couch request for Atlanta, SORRY!
16/8/08. Okay correction...i am NOT moving to ireland. haha. That plan didn't really work out so well. I'm headed over to South Korea (kind of the same...right..haha. no) now for a year of teaching amazingness. Those poor kids who will have me as a teacher haha. Pray for them. Anyway, if youre in Seoul or traveling there after Aug 25 you're more than welcome to stay with me. I'll have my own apartment and it will ALWAYS be open to CSers. Hope to see you soon. xxxxx

26/2/08. IM MOVING TO IRELAND! so if you live there then pleeeze skype me or msn me cuz i'd love to talk to you. ive never been there and am just moving there on a whim so theres a lot for me to learn. ill be there in august but id love to make friends with as many csers as possible predeparture. xxx

im always up for an adventure- anything to make life more interesting. im a daydreamer. i enjoy intellectual conversation, but am not afraid to be completely random and ridiculous. people generally consider me fairly funny. im really easy going and rarely get stressed. very go-with-the-flow. i love meeting new people and am not at all shy. im just ready for something new and exciting.

oh and im a vegetarian...im not really picky about meat touching my food or being near it or whatever...but i dont eat it. just thought id get that out there. i always find it awkward when i hafta say it while someone is cooking for me.

PHILOSOPHY

living every moment like "this is it!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

2010ish okay so i totally went to taiwan and had an awesome time but i never updated this part....my hosts were really great and i had a good time enjoying the nightlife and taiwanese food in taipei.. taipei has a great CS scene and i met up with tons of other travelers and locals. CSers never disappoint me.

update 26/2/08 i realized that i never updated after i went on my scandinavia tour....which was AMAZING. thanks to everyone that hosted me...especially since i kinda planned badly and everything was so last minute. you guys were amazing and i have no complaints. rock concerts, free pizza, jazz shows, a wonderful indian meal, and a ride through the swedish countryside...could i have asked for more???? ABSOLUTELY not! it was amazing. so thank you.

update 14/7/07- random hosting experience. i hosted four guys from london just the other day all by accident. they were wandering around the streets in the rain trying to find a campsite that was very far away with no bus in sight...so i said "need a place to stay?" and let them crash at mine. they were absolutely lovely, and i'm so glad i got the chance to share with them the couchsurfing philosophy. a messy bunch of 17/18 year olds...but loads of fun. they should have their own CS profiles soon. x

update 6/7/07: IVE HOSTED! woohoo. I really feel like a true cser now. Lia from Germany was my first ever CSer and we had such a good time (or at least i did). Id do it all over again in a heart beat. Can't wait to host more people in the future :)

update: 25/5/07yea! ive finally had my first couch surfing experience.

it was great. the csers of brussels really did a good job making me feel welcome- especially seeing all the trouble i put them through. first my original hosts cancelled on me last minute....so i had to find some emergency hosts...then the airport went on strike so i got stuck there for 3 extra days... they didnt even hesitate to house me for those extra days..and people jumped at the chance to help me. i love the cs community i feel so well taken care of and safe. i know have nothing to worry about wherever i travel.
