My name is Jo and live in Manchester in the great North of England! :)
I'm originally from San Jose, California but moved here to be with my beau - Love knows no distance, right?

I like to think that I am easy going and a all round chill person but really in my mind, I am disorganised, crazy, easily distracted, and spent 95% of my time thinking about food/my next meal/what to make etc etc etc. the other 5% of the time I think about my fiance and my pet hedgehog. Living the dream.

Favorite music- Anything really but I am an Ellie Goulding kind of girl
Favorite movies- anything pixar or studio ghibli. Also love Planet earth and anything David Attenborough narrates what a man.
Favorite Books- odyssey series by Arthur c Clarke, most orson scott card books, and oh my god did a thousand setting suns make me cry like no tomorrow.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've ridden a camel in Egypt, and it nibbled on my finger.
I've stood on the scary see through glass bit of Shanghai World Financial Center(such bravery!) and taken in the city lights at night.
I've helped rehabilitate hundreds of beautiful wild animals including squirrels, pigeons, finches, red tailed hawks, screech owls.... the list goes on!
I've stood and stared at the Lincoln memorial and I swear he blinked at me.

But what makes me happiest is that I've found my partner in crime in a whirlwind of chances and uncertainties! How sappy! :)
