About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Be myself and encourage other to do so, support playful and joyful work environments
ABOUT ME
I moved to Tucson on pure intuition. I'm excited about exploring the depths of gratitude in all things, contact improv, watsu/water therapy and eating local and indigenous foods. I plan on being a gentle change agent for how our culture holds space, the geography of consciousness. I want to start a marching band, wanna be a part of it???
PHILOSOPHY
acceptance of what is and an openness for change. Wear comfortable shoes.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love old romantic films and new comedies and quirky fairy tale-esce films. I just read Tina Fey's Bossypants and a cool book by LA Times columnist, Meghan Daum. Some saved music on my pandora are Ingrid Michaelson, Keane, The Swell Season, and Sigur Ros
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I sang and danced to a huge field of cows and they all came in close for a look/listen. I drove cross the country by myself despite being sick and weary with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I am alive and happy despite being quite depressed at times.
I've seen time and time again people showing up for other people, opening up their hearts despite a history of pain and suffering.
