ABOUT ME

I am a born and bred Frenchi, open-minded, friendly and sociable. I am easy going and try not to take things too seriously.

I'm curiously wondering the world trying to figure out where it all leads to. I'm trying to learn as much as possible and understand how this universe works. I have already some theories, mostly completely useless

I'm taking things easy, enjoying various unique little details in life. I like watching the stars. I like trees and forests and mountains and lakes and waterfalls. I like just laying in the grass and looking at clouds. I like exploring. I like learning new stuff. I like hearing stories. I like talking with people about stuff out of reality. I like to be fascinated. I like this feeling the moment before I overcome my fear and manage to do something crazy I've never done before.

I believe there is some kind of rational explanation for everything. I believe all questions have answers but all answers bring more questions. I believe the purpose of life is to be happy (alternative theory: happiness is a reward that comes when one lives life that has a purpose :)). I believe freedom is one of the most important thing in life. I believe true freedom exists within oneself. I believe that true love exists. I don't believe in god. I also don't believe that there is no god. I like this warm fuzzy feeling when things are as they should be after having been in trouble.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing saved my life at first while staying in New york without a cent. Since then I can't imagine traveling without couchsurfing

Books - I really am in love with the spanish language (don't ask me why, i don't know. sounds just good :) my favorite books would be Viracocha and El sueño del Celta. I also love Murakami's masterpiece 1Q84

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I could tell you about the time

I hitchhiked throw all Mauritania (Africa).

when a friend and I have taken a stranger on the sahara road (600 km) for a couple of Euros (I was out of money) and we got arrested at the next police stop for about 8 hours, because our hitchhiker was on the search list.

I tryed machine guns in the desert of the Sahara in exchange for fake Rayban glasses which I'd bought 0,50 € in Morroco a few weeks before.

I spent a whole day and a whole night in a mined no man's land between two borders in Africa.

I did an 8 hour canoe ride on a river in the middle of the amazon with a 2 meter long wooden canoe in the middle of the night in order to catch my boat on time and I thought I'd die of fear.

I lived a week in a caban in the middle of the jungle without seeing nobody except for my chaman in order to do several ayahuasca sessions.

I skydived in Chile

I saw the sunrise from 6088 meters

I crossed all India in a tuk tuk in 3 weeks.
