Overview
About Me
I am a high school Spanish teacher who loves to travel and meet new people. I am silly, playful, enthusiastic and open-minded.
I love love LOVE to dance and I cannot go a day without music! Bike riding around the city is one of my favorite past times, especially if it involves good food, a drink or two and great company! If you haven't been to a Bike Party event yet here in Sacramento, I highly recommend it! :)
I write songs and dabble on the guitar, although I'm not a guitarist. Maybe one day I will take some lessons... On a daily basis you will probably find me at the rock climbing gym, reading, in a yoga class, hanging out with friends, cooking at home, going to a happy hour, tending to my garden or trying something new! I love to learn, so if you are wanting to teach someone something, I'm your gal! I am also an avid volunteer with the homeless and at a Buddhist meditation retreat center.
I love my job as a teacher...I get a kick out of high school students! At work I am the teacher who dances around the classroom and breaks out into random songs or movie quotes on a regular basis. :)
***Just a Side Note to Future Surfers:
1. Please have multiple pictures of yourself and your profile filled in before asking me to host you.
2. Unfortunately I cannot let you stay in my house while I am not there, so please know that if it is during the week, I leave for work at 7 am and return around 4 pm.
3. If you stay with me, I will go out of my way to show you around and make sure you enjoy Sacramento as much as possible (unless you prefer not to have as much interaction). That being said, please include something in your request that let's me know you read my profile and are not looking for just "any couch". :)
