ABOUT ME
"Allow me to introduce myselves". I love this quote!
A bit shy, a lot introspective, but warm and sociable; very active body and restless mind (what an artificial distinction anyway!). Not sure it's a good thing but the first thing people who know me a little will say is that I am 'kind'. I like making others happy and that is a fault too. I am inquisitive, determined and strong-minded. I can't lie, it's too much work ! I am fairly daggy, and that's my best redeeming feature!
PHILOSOPHY
Myer-Briggs says I am INFJ on Mondays, INTJ on Tuesdays, INFP on Wednesdays and INTP on Thursday. I take the rest of the week off. So, really, I seem to be a fairly balanced mix of all :S. Very sensitive, very introspective, thinking too much to my friends' liking. My philosophy ( I can only speak for today and it's Thursday) : growing and helping others grow; I think it's a big one for me. Ask me tomorrow!

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy books and films that make me think.
Or laugh when I get too serious. I looove the Flight of the Conchord!
Poetry is a dangerous substance; I try to keep away from it. (true)
You're going to hate this : most music is noise to me; I like the sounds of silence. (Alright, it is a small lie)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not that amazing but as amazing as it got so far:
Hitch-hiking across Canada in winter.
Riding a bike solo in the mountains of Yunnan (China) with a map in Chinese - can't read it!
Eating a widgety-grub (sp.?) and a green ant (not bad for a vegetarian, uh?)
Exploring industrial areas in my leisure time to boost my immunity to ugliness. Kinda worked.
Surviving my own mood swings for 40 years ;) Becoming pretty good at managing them.:)
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't feel competent enough to teach anything... but I am happy to share my insights about life and people, and very keen to learn about yours.
