ABOUT ME

The person I have become over the years, I think, would be described as very open, considerate, compassionate, kinesthetic, adventurous, honest and outgoing. Some of my closest friends would describe as a wild child, but I'd say that is a situational perception! I have a genuine interest in getting to know people and I love to make friends wherever I am. I think that's me in a brown paper package tied up with strings ;)

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Last year a good friend of mine Zack Kruzins was signed up (and still is) with this web site. I lived in the basement of the "dream house" and started hosting couch surfers a lot. Zack got so many hits all the time that we were running out of couches... so they got sent to Alli and I's place. I had a lot of fun meeting all these new travelers and now that Zack's moved on (because he finished school) I thought I should get my profile set up! I think that is what this question is asking?!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A fun memory was with a couch surfer from England, her name is Laura. She came to Thunder Bay last year. She was only supposed to come for one or two nights, but we were all having so much fun that she stayed for a week! That's a good memory of mine.

Interests

okay, okay, okay...
Alpine and cross country skiing, kayaking, canoeing (flat and white water), rock climbing, hiking, snow shoeing, mountain biking, sitting by water, being in nature, people, music; singing, guitar, banjo, drums, instruments, bon fires, seeing live music (any music makes me movin grovin), DANCING, reading, painting, yard work, running, biking, swimming, traveling, organic farming, sustainable living... I am kind of up for anything!
