ABOUT ME

I just finished my Master's Degree at Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. I studied Forensic Anthropology there, and since that is not the easiest field in which to find a job I am searching! Living at home in Florida for the moment, so I'm not exactly complaining :)

I grew up in the FL Keys, a fact I appreciate much more as I get older. I love to be in the sun, and although I appreciate the seasons I cannot stand to be in any place for too long where the sun doesn't shine. I'm a Florida girl through and through! Although I do plan to move to California in the near future to live with relatives and try and intern/volunteer with the police department there.

I'm not extremely outgoing, but I try and get out there and meet new people in order to trick myself into thinking I am. I find that meeting new people can be intimidating, but for the most part people are awesome and meeting someone new is always worthwhile.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to experience new things and have fun while doing it. Simple as that.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not had the chance to surf yet, but I hope to very soon! My couchsurfing experiences have so far been meeting up with other couchsurfers in my area, and everyone I have met so far is really great.

I love to read, I am ADDICTED to Glee, I recently began enjoying a little Netflix action, my favorite meal is lunch, and I like to look at dead people. Not kidding. Of course I also love to travel, and want to do as much of it as I can before I settle down with a family and kids (and a real grown up job, of course).

Musica, film e libri

My book and movie tastes change with the years. I rarely have a favorite of anything. I think whatever my "favorite" book or movie is at the time depends on the mood I'm in. Except for Pretty Woman. Gets me everytime.

I have been to dinner in a real Geisha House in Japan! I will always remember that experience.
