I like to meet people and make things. Recently moved to Chicago by way of Austin where I work as a writer, performer and arts educator. I love to ride my bike and explore. I'm a big supporter of local businesses. I love vegetables. And pastries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted travelers in Austin. I met them downtown while working, so they weren't through CS! I also hosted some women at my Chicago home. I'm connected to them on this site. I don't have experience surfing (yet) but I am looking to travel more and get out of my comfort zone!

Interests

I bike. I eat vegetarian. I like to write and perform. I do improv, theatre, performance art, storytelling -- the whole shebang. I like to make documentary/video art. When I visit a city, I like to explore the arts scene, interview locals, support small businesses, and spend time outside.
