I think that far too often we never "look up". We tend to only look down, focusing on what is just ahead. I think that looking up is better. You dream, you appreciate the architecture, the sky, the motion of spinning and moving forward.

ABOUT ME

Hello! I grew up in a very small mountain town in the heart of the Rockies. I grew up skiing, hiking, running and woking construction with my two brothers for my dad. I Then left my small hometown and went to University where I continued to run Track and Field for the University team. I am friendly, energetic, adventurous and optimistic. I am a lover of games and having fun but sometimes I can get a little competitive. I love old maps, lost stories, antique shops filled with loved books, and anything to do with archeology. I tent to lean towards that are off the beaten track. My friends would probably say that I am very mom like because I always have tissues and pens, and mostly because I am always watching out for other people. I am also known as the person who is constantly inspired by what people say and have a collection of words, poems and notes that inspire me.

PHILOSOPHY

I am completely spellbound by the smells of new spices and aromas that enchant my nose, I am charmed by unique music that kisses my ears, I am infatuated with the bright colors and shapes in a new place that pulse my eyes awake, I have fallen into a unstoppable romance with travel. I am finally taking the best advice I have ever got which was an urge to travel, take on new experiences and to spend your time working on whatever you are passionate about in life.

I love to do absolutely (almost) anything outside. I grew up in the mountains and I love to hike through forests and swish by trees skiing. I am interested in the micro aspects of culture and that is what I studied in University. I am interested in peoples stories and how they perceive this world. I am interested in flowers and I have works at a flower burley for several years. I just recently got certified to scuba dive and would like to scuba dive more in the future. I got the privilege to dive with sharks and would love to have scuba dive more.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

In May of 2013 I ran my first Marathon!
In May of 2013 I also got the privilege of swimming with sharks.
In the summer of 2013 I hiked to the top of 8 14,000 foot peaks.
In January of 2014 I rode camels in the Sahara. We stayed in the dessert for 3 days with a group of people with whom we shared stories and laughs with. It was amazing to watch the stars come out at night as we danced to traditional African songs.
In September I traveled to Saas Fee, Switzerland to visit a friend that lived there. I saw the Matterhorn and got to climb inside a glacier.
In December of 2014 I graduated from Colorado State University.

I can share with you some stories and experiences. I can share with you any of my hidden talents. I can teach you about how to plant a garden. I can teach you how to cook anything that I know how to cook. I can teach you how to sew or a collection of other random skills. I would love to learn from you anything you think is of valuable knowledge. More that that I would love if you would give me the gift of your company and a few good stories.
