I grew up in Poland, currently I live in Brussels. Friendly, helpful, open-minded and easy-going. Also ambitious and curious. And very lazy at the same time. I like to meet interesting people, learn about new stuff, explore new things and improve myself.
From time to time, to recharge my "batteries", I need to spend some time alone and enjoy the solitude ;-).

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

It is a great way to meet interesting and friendly people. It is really nice to host cool people, I really enjoy that. I have surfed only once so far, but I plan to do it more often soon.

Intereses

Music (also concerts and festivals), travels, software engineering (and IT).
Skiing (though I am not really experienced in it, but trying to improve ;-)), recently gym.
Books, movies.
I don't know a lot about it but I really enjoy the art (and museums), the architecture. Also theatre/opera, but I don't go there as often as I would like to.
I like to know at least a little about everything ;-).

So older ones like The Cure, Joy Division, The Clash, then some fresher rock/"indie rock" and similar bands like The Libertines, Modest Mouse, The National, White Stripes and also some electronic music.
I like concerts and festivals, I have seen quite a lot of bands live.

Movies:
I think Trainspotting is my favourite one. I like Tim Burton's movies.
I watch a lot of tv series.

Books:
Now I don't read that much as couple of years ago. As a kid I loved fantasy (I was a huge fan of Tolkien). Favourite books: East of Eden, Nineteen Eighty-Four.
