About Me

CURRENT MISSION

living life

ABOUT ME

I'm a 30 year-old photographer, on the look out for a job in the field of TV/cinema production right now. I'm originally from Fribourg, Switzerland, and I'm living in Lausanne where I completed my studies last summer.

I'm a pretty happy person, I'm quite talkative and I like to make people comfortable. It's probably not obvious but I'm also quite shy. I tend to laugh a lot, my humour is a mixture of silliness and causticity, maybe it's what is commonly called british humour! Yeah well...

PHILOSOPHY

That's a tough one. I guess I could ramble on and on...

Let me get back to this some other time :-) please ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first set up this profile when I went to Las Vegas and Phoenix in 2008 as part of a photography project. I got to meet Laura, Jason and Tim who were kind enough to let me stay at their place, and I really enjoyed meeting people (and locals, at that) while traveling on my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing from Phnom Penh to the wherebouts of Siem Reap (Cambodia) on a speed boat while listening to Lou Reed tunes, has got to be one of the most amazing things that I have done!

And snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia (such a cliché, I know, but I've got to tell the truth...) was fantastic.

Sitting on a double-decker bus in London on a late sunny afternoon and pointing my camera at what I wanted to capture, although it probably doesn't sound amazing, was a beautiful moment too.

Teach, Learn, Share

Photography is something I can teach you a fair bit about. I'm no technical geek, but I know my basics well enough...
