Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am living with three other people in a really big flat in the south of Leipzig and we have two matresses. Sometimes we even have a spare room. We know the city and are often well informed about what's going one.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have none since I am new, but some of my friends have it and are very happy about it. I think it is always the best experience ever, if you get to know a country/city/place with the people living there.

Interests

Reading, meeting with people, listening to Music, love to travel (although always short on money)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Chinatown, Touch of Evil, Where the wild things are and so many more (Love series! - like so many other people)
Music: I used to listen to a lot of punk, hardcore, emocore stuff - right now I like electronic music a lot as well (techno, deephouse etc. especially for dancing), but HipHop or Indiestuff won't send me running away either.
Books: "Worthy would-be worlds of words, whorls of working wonder"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being thrown out of a bus in the middle of a chinese countryside on the way to the wall and then surrounded by just mandarin speaking people. I really doubted I would it ever make it back to Shanghai. But then two serbian people appeared and in the end we managed with a very rudimentary knowledge of the language to be driven to the wall and back (and I would never have thought I ever would be spending the day with a professional serbian soccer player and his model girlfriend).
