Hi,

A bit about us, Olivier is French and I am a French born Chinese. We've lived in Boston since 2007. We are new in the CS community but we found this idea just great!!

About Helene
I love travelling, mainly because of people; travelling does not have a meaning to me if I cannot not connect at least a bit with the local people!

I'd say that I'm a easy-going, rather quiet but enjoy conversation and laughing, flexible and trustworthy. Curious without judging! I am joining the CS community with the hope to meet many different people and share discussions about anything!!

About Olivier
Open, honest and "willing to help" person (so my friends say), I like taking the time enjoying life in general in every aspects, the good and the less good!! Friends are essential to me and just like Helene, I'd love to meet people with different interests and be able to share something...a couch is already a good start ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As much as we can, we will try to host. If not, we are always happy to take Boston visitors for a coffee etc. If you need any tips, don't hesitate to contact us, we will always try to help!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New-Orleans: Our hosts Tim and Sarena were so great, generous and interesting people; they took the time to explain the history of the town and expecially the sad impact of Katrina hurricane... This human experience was unforgettable... and made us feel like trying again and returning this generosity to others! and a few others now Miami, WDC, San Francisco! All unique experiences! We were lucky to have fantastic hosts!! We can't wait to continue CSing in Japan and West coast here we come!!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

We have loved: In India, slept on a beach amongst fishermen; in Finland, we were in a bathtub outside drinking wine with friends during summer night (when the sun never sets), again in Finland sauna and diving in ice water just incredible, in India, met randomly people who loved talking about their beliefs, their country etc.... many many nice memories from our trips!!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Olivier likes cooking, so would be happy to give some lessons or simply cook for you!

We both are French, so we can certainly teach a few useful sentences !!!
